Alexei Kervezee off the mark first ball with a single and then the game's first four from Anderson's third delivery, courtesy of Barresi to backward square. Poor fielding from Tim Bresnan, though, he got round but parried the ball into the rope. Good first over for the Dutch, seven from it.
