Banks and post offices will reopen on Tuesday, Feb. 22. However, FedEx and other private companies will be open on Presidents Day.
But, again, check with your local bank because a very small handful, like Wachovia Bank locations, will be open.
Mail will not be delivered on Monday, Feb. 22 and government offices will be closed to observe the holiday.
